life is short & so much unexpectancy of knowing what would happen tomorrow.
I'm deeply saddened to learn of the passing of three Nanyang Polytechnic graduates seniors who were among the five deceased Singaporeans in the tragic dragon boat race accident on the Tonle Sap River in Cambodia.
20-year-old Chee Wei Cheng.
24-year-old Jeremy Goh Tze Xiong.
31-year-old Stephen Loh Soon Ann.
23-year-old Reuben Kee En Rui.
27-year-old Poh Boon San.
& The three ex-nyp seniors are:
Poh Boon San (Dip in Multimedia & Infocomm Technology, 2002);
Jeremy Goh Tze Xiong(Dip in Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, 2004);
& Reuben Kee (Dip in Digital Media Design, 2005).
My deepest condolence to them who had brought pride to NYP and to Singapore.
you guys would always be remember in heart by everyone

today I meetup with my dearest junior peiwen... but she so last min den call me when i was already in sch. shldnt brought my laptop if i noe she's really going to meet me. haha so heavy :(
haha went off meeting her ard 4pm after my classes to Junction8 !
junction 8 idea was very random. coz I couldn't thought off any other "interesting" shopping area. sg is so small. boring la~
haven been to J8 for ages since after graduated from whitley .. so decided to go there chill out abit + accompanying tat queen to shop for her JC prom which was the next day. LOL !
went bishan's library too .. my 1st time going tat library outlet.
it's nice.. i shall go there more instead of AMK library.. ahha more varieties.. to me :Pisolated
she's "soooo engrossed reading some CHIManology book" :P :P :P
meanwhile pw stretched out her looong and b.e.a.utiful leg showcasing to me.and she said: "I'm so gonna win the best leg award. and snatch the advertising chance of Osim I-squeeze 美腿魔師 from 林志玲" lol !

it shall be a very random Entry with random photos for today.days ago, pop got back these small beanie pancakes as gift from tourist which he droved."Poeme" Made from OSAKA !! :Dall the the packagings from japan are always so pleasant.see the pancake below? It look abit like a round soap being wrapped up. lol
not only packaging is nice. the quality is good too !Japa products can nvr be failed to give you surprises.the beanie paste in the pancake is SOOO smooth and creamy.. that it seems like melting away in ur mouth. Tasted kinda like icecream too coz of it's cold texture. double Yum! :D

today school sucks.
school at 1pm to 3pm for MCN lab.
Darn .. I thought I was gonna be late alrdy.. coz i reached ard 1.15pm. lol
but when I arrived at lvl4 ... everyone of my classmates were all still outside the lab.
LOL!?
well actually our MCN teacher was on leave la.. so supposingly Mrs Elizabeth was coming to relief our lab today. but she came late.
we couldnt go in and have a seat 1st coz the lab was locked. and when we look inside ... mrs elizabeth actually wrote on the whiteboard "I'm going to be Late, you all do Lab4 1st "
didn't we Already finish doing tat lab? (-_-)
End up after like 1/2hr of waiting ... whole class decided pon together. haha
WASTE OF TIME coming school when there's NO teacher at all. ppfft~
bahaha~
so went off took Mrt with jiazhu and tzeann.

so went Causeway to shop 1st and disturb my excolleagues from HugoBoss and Gucci. haha

another random day.
today mcn lecture cancelled also. wahaha~ but I still got back school a lil' while .. have lunch with erna, renick, daniel and jerlyn at koufu :)
so tired. came home slept till 7+pm. lol
guess what I am doing now?
Lol.. besides trying to do my ICT proposal ... I am rewatching 宝贝妇女兵 (Like Father Like Daughter) on youtube. whaha
damn it. this was one of the very few dramas I loved this year besides 百万宝.
haha~ all either got joannepeh or 江承熹 in the show. haha.. ya and both shows got jun jie inside I realised (remember akira? haha talented acting la he.. so many facial expressions ... no wonder he used to be from threatre Arts. lol)

this morning I manage to get to RP .
haha~ this was the 1st time I went RP and good thing my sense of direction is always not so bad ..
RP building structure was quite nice, mostly glass panels made. haha .. but I dun like their study structure though :P
many thanx to kl and sy for their coaching today .. and also thanx to lalapo, ming , brian, cx, xm and ken.
I've learnt alot from them :))
(The mental barrier of shouting finally infront of so many pairs of eyes and I thought I nearly freaked out. Aggressive but though not tt explosive enough yet. I kept wanting to push ken or throw something at him during e 2nd last line .. but I seriously forgot. Hahaha~ maybe he would be more gratefully thinking: "wa heng ah! later kena whack by her .. I blueblack how?!" ... Lmao ~
dreamingly dunno what I'm doing and my nervousness always got me no where)

I'm gonna share this with you guys.. which I saw it on forum with source taken from some blog.
goodness gracious ...
1st was the incident about 3 angmo's bullying the trishaw uncle which was featured on youtube and newpaper..
now wat's this man? ...." AngMoh Beat Singaporean "
First, we have 3 UK brits bullying our fellow Singaporean elderly, then now, some angmoh from unknown country starts bullying hitting students! What is this world coming to? We got hit cos we're students? Students aren’t nice to bully!
So it all happened cos while i was walking, my schoolbag hit a woman accidentally. And i believe that the woman is none other than the angmoh's girlfriend!
After bumping into her, she starts throwing vulgarities at me. At first I thought she's some crazy woman who goes around shouting at people, so I ignored her. Few minutes later, she attacked me from the back! She hit my back with her umbrella but thank god she missed! So instead of my back, she got my schoolbag! If not I’ll most probably be lying in the hospital right now.
Then naturally I turned, and asked her what her problem was. She was shouting at her top of her voice telling the whole world that I bumped into her. That's when I finally understood why she was shouting at me. She tried to flee after everyone said that she's the one at fault by hitting my back. She then ran into the NTUC.
She said:" Back off! I'm calling the 911!"
Me: Hello, this is Singapore, you do not call 911 here, you call 999!
She: Back off im calling 911 now.
She: im gonna call the 911 now!
Me: It's 999.
She: fine I’ll call 911 now.
Me: *sigh* go ahead. I'll wait for you, please go ahead and call the police.
She: Why must i call the police? You call lah.
Me: Cos i thot you said you wanna call 911?
She: I don’t have a phone, you call. (Why she said she wanna call 911 when she dont have a phone? siao!)
Me: This is Singapore, you do not go around hitting people with your umbrella then call 911, and im sure you can’t do the same even if you are in America.
Then some security personnel came over to break the furious argument we had.
Those personnel asked us to leave the supermarket.
She refused and said:" No, im not leaving, i scare she'll beat me up."
Like hello, she's the one who attacked me first.
*few mins later*
She dashed out of the supermarket, so my friend and i chased after her demanding for a reason for hitting my back.
Just right about 10 steps after exiting from the supermarket, the angmoh boyfriend attacked us from the back! This time round, he grabbed both my friend's arms from the back, then lifted her up off the floor and throw her hard onto the floor! And that caused her arms to bleed! And before I could even react, I saw his fist flying towards my face! I moved back a little but I still got punched slightly in the nose and I managed to block the other 2 punches from him with both my arms. Next, he kicked my right leg, and he attempted to run. Just when he was about to run, my friend tripped him and he fell straight onto the floor.
He quickly picked himself up, and he ran towards a watch shop where all the helpful passersby blocked him from escaping.
A few uncles came to help us because they saw the whole incident.
Then, the girlfriend appeared out of nowhere. She accused us of hitting her first. Trust me, we didn't even lay a finger on her! Needless to say, hit. She was cooking up crap trying to gain sympathy from the crowd. Fortunately none of them listened to her instead they scorned her off!
It all happened in a flash, so i couldn't video the part whereby he attacked us. They are both in their late 30s or early 40s. And that angmoh was like 6 feet tall! Pick on someone his size!AND if they are not guilty, then why are they escaping?The woman is super aggressive and ill-bred! She's horrible!

okay back to my own entry.
last sunday went Clark Quay with my parents for a walk after visiting aunt at her workplace.
I went clark quay a couple of times.. but it was always in the noon .. and the whole area was very quiet
wow.. this was the 1st time I went at night time. All the Restaurants, Cafe, Clubs and Pubs along the whole stretch of street is so ALIVE and KICKING! :D
and it's only 10pm la.. and alrdy packing in with people who came to chill out after work or whatsoever. The later the time gets to midnight .. the livelier the place gets .. so called: 越夜越美丽

well there's lotsa pubs which was theme designedand this particular theme-designed pub is quite interesting. check out the photo below.. You saw the inside?it's like surgeory table lah alamak.. got the cupboard for "storing dead bodies" also seh. eerrie ahaha !those chairs for the customers.. they make it into lke Wheelchair somemore! except its wooden made. huahuahua~

Every since the new system implied ... I realised NYP's macdonald staffs are very generous now. Why ??I buy the MacChicken ah.. wa when I opened it. (See the below photo) HOW much Vegetable they gave in it ? like Alot can ?!Lastime when I eat MacChicken or whatever other burger ... their vegs inside are always so pathetically few strips becoz maybe alot of people doesn't like eating vege ??..... unless you requested "auntie Can I have more vegetable for my burger pls ?"and they will add in more veg for u. Now? So generous amount of veg in all burgers! Promoting Green I suppose. rofl~Well maybe this only happened in Nyp Mac... Or other public Mac as well? hhmm (-_-)
maybe you'll find this disgusting. But it's nice okay!my way of eating macChicken lah .. lots and lots of Garlic Chili sauce + packet of Mayo. Whoo !I bet Lotsa girls will be screaming this now: "Eeeyeer! Fattening lah !!!" :P

last saturday 2 Days 1 Nite FREE & EASY trip to Malacca !! :D Malacca's Map 
my parents and I reached Singapore- Johor Express terminal ard 7+pm, where the Bus gonna leave at 8am.
our sitting was at the LAST row of the bus. LOL
the bus trip was freaking lOoong .. 4+ hours ! zzz
so we reached Mahkota hotel ard 2pm (-_-)

Place of Interest:--Porta de Santiago --(A Famosa Fortress) The Porta de Santiago is one of the four main gates of the A Famosa fortress. It was built by the Portuguese in 1512 under the command of Alfonso de Albuquerque, the leader of the Portuguese army that seized Malacca in 1511.For almost 150 years, this magnificent fort had successfully protected the Portuguese position in Melaka, until it was overrun by the Dutch. It was damaged during the attack, but the Dutch later repaired and renamed it VOC with an embossed emblem. But unfortunately what is left until today is nothing more than a gateway called Porta de Santiago.

these are the Melaka Trishaws ... somehow are modernized decoration on old transportation. Hahaz~Trishaw, also known as tricycle rickshaw is undeniably one of the unique attractions in Melaka. From what I’ve been told, most of the tourists will be amazed on the efforts of decoration put on the trishaws in Melaka. They're all decorated with lotsa florals and bells and some other colorful decorations + blazing with LOUD music. lol
Porta de Santiago
During the age of Dutch occupation in Melaka, the Porta de Santiago was not only renamed to VOC, but reconstructed to bear the coat of arms of the Dutch East India Company as well. Until today, the company crest is still significantly seen on the gateway.
So practically all the visitors coming to Melaka will have a visit to the Porta de Santiago. This gateway is such a significant symbol in Melaka that ur traveling trip to Melaka is never considered worthy without complemented with a visit to Porta de Santiago. After all, Porta de Santiago has accompanied the historic Melaka throughout its glorious days, to the time when the Sultanate cosmopolitan empire faded its status, following up by foreign colonization in Malaya, till today that Melaka has been part of the independent nation Malaysia for tens of years. Haha where's the location of The Porta de Santiago, you must be asking me.. well, it's situated at the foot of St. Paul’s Hill of Bandar Hilir, and directly facing the Dataran Pahlawan Megamall :)
okie dokie~ Let's climb up to the top to visit another attraction!-- St. Paul’s Church -- At the Porta de Santiago of A Famosa Fortress, looking up to the summit of the hill, you could easily spot the sights of ruins surrounded by thick bricks. The ruins known as St. Paul’s Church situation at the summit of St. Paul’s Hill, which is another valuable heritage structure found in Melaka. The St. Paul’s Church is easily accessible via a stairway on the gentle slope of St. Paul’s Hill.
The St. Paul’s Church of Melaka was originally a Portuguese chapel built by Duarte Coelho in 1521, in gratitude to Our Lady of Grace for a miraculous escape from an attack on his ship by a fleet in the South China Sea. This chapel was known as Chapel of the Mother of God or Our Lady of the Hill
did you see the many tombstones in the photo below?why issit so?Well in 1641, the Dutch took over Melaka from the Portuguese, renamed the chapel to St. Paul’s Church, and used it as their praying place until they completed the construction of their own church - Christ Church.That's why when the Christ Church was established, St. Paul’s Church became a Dutch graveyard with monumental tombstones scattered around.

Next, Shopping Attraction:-- Dataran Pahlawan Megamall -- Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall is a new retail, entertainment & gourmet centre located at the core of Melaka's heritage area - Bandar Hilir, directly opposite the famous Porta de Santiago fortress.It is built on the field called Padang Pahlawan, the place where Malaysia's Father of Independence, Tunku Abdul Rahman, made his official historic announcement about the success of gaining independence for Malaya from the British government.The Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall project is the largest shopping mall in the state.location?? : Opposite Mahkota Parade ( which is another shopping centre across Mahkota hotel which i stayed in. hahaz~)
So far, there’s nothing much attractive for photoshooting at Dataran Pahlawan yet coz it was just NEWLY OPENED not long ago. hahaz The photo below was actually the re-furnished of Malaysia’s Vision 2020 Time Capsule. The main hibiscus-like Time Capsule remains its physical appearance as it was before. Next attraction: -- Jonker Street (Jalan Hang Jebat) -- Jonker Street, Jonker Walk or Jalan Hang Jebat .... these names are actually referring to the same narrow street located in Melaka Chinatown which is so called melaka's Pasar Malam opening from around 6.00pm to 12.00 midnight. Jonker Street, houses some of the Melaka’s oldest dwellings or houses dating back to the 17th century, is also informally known as the antique street. The antique shops here are featuring artifacts from different periods of colonial rule – Portuguese, Dutch, and British.
Some of the local residents who own a house in Jonker Street, are also participating in this activity by converting the house into a premise, such as food stall, which allows visitors to enjoy the delicacies while gaining a chance to have a first hand experience on the unique architectural design.for dinner that day, we went to Nancy Kitchen along Jonker Walk :D singapore has one Nancy Kitchen too... if i didnt remember wrongly. hahaz~so Nancy Kitchen sells purely Nonya Food.. 80% all spicy.and usually for Nonya restaurants .. they are always the concept of a 'Home cooking style'.. a small restuarant room with not many sits and tables, walls hanging with Nonya Baba's photos and cultural decorations + everything are small plates, and very homey !(-_-) i don't really like spicy stuffs .. but i still enjoy all the damn spicy dishes la.. was quite nice :)Dishes We ordered: Balacan KangKong, Rendang Chicken, Prawn CurryStew with Pineapples, Fish Maw Meatball soup, OtahOtah, Chendol for dessert :D 
Besides, some of the Chinese clan and dialect associations are also organizing activities in their respective buildings during weekends for visitors. These activities include dancing classes, Chinese classical instrumental shows, and karaoke sessions. In order to encourage touristy activities being held at Jonker Street, a permanent stage is also built at the end of the street for performances.

Besides, there’s also a shop called Jonker Dessert located diagonally opposite the Geographer Cafe, which is known for its Baba Nyonya delicacies.okie this was one of the mobile stall which i spotted .. caught my attention along Jonker walk. Chye Tao Kueh ! aka Radish Cake aka Kuih Lobak. the queue of people buying it was DUPER long ! ... and you can simply just smelt the radish cake fragrant from a far distance!! soooo sedap ! :Dand as i continue to walk along... there's some other fried radish cake stalls nearby too. no queue at all. LMAO!
spotted a comedy wushu performance as we were walking outta Jonker walk. tat man or should I call 'master'.. performed to show how strong he is. but the main purpose of the performance lead to..... asking people to buy his medicated Oil.erm.. ahha as the performance ended.. the crowd.... all gone with the wind. haha.. ain't it like typical singaporeans? LOL !
oh yes... there's some singing competition held for residents on the central stage of Jonker walk that time too. Interesting and fruitful!ahhaz~ i stood there watching the competition for quite a while... erm.. the female competitior at that moment sang RainieYang's "暧昧". totally offkey like anything.I'm serious. Even I have the confidence saying this: " ALL the Solo competitors (including those who was already Out during the audition round for NYP's Orion or Voiceout.. Everyone can win her. hahaha)during the night.. my parents all slept in their room le.me? WAHAH.. standard. lie in living room watch Telly till late midnight. huahuahua~ but malacca's telly channel not much to choose la .... yikes~ boring ! no singapore channel ... 2 local malay channel, 1 ESPN, 1 China's 凤凰卫士中文台(most of the time all news reporting. boo), 1 Japan Channel ( renick sure will love it (-.-'') ), 1 Disney Channelso end up, unexpectedly.. I watched Disney Channel. LOL! not bad. haha..so many cartoons for 24hrs! I watched quite a number + cartoon Movie "The Bugs Life"..... hahaha~ good thing was that there's no Power Ranger .. if not i off tv. heh !
Sunday (November 4th) Day2buffet in Mahkota Hotel's Cafe ! yayness~ ^^ but compared to the breakfast buffet I had during HaiNan's trip.. Mahkota has lesser food varieties. I can't find my Salad Bar, my yoghurt, my dimsum station. haha~~ well duh ! coz that time at HaiNan.. i was staying in Resort. Resort usually have vry nice services.. As if you're in Hawaii. marvelous man :Ddanish and pasteries for me ! :)

Worth a note, that the brass Bible inscribed with the first verse of St. John in Dutch, old tombstones inscribed with Armenian script incorporated into the floor, and a picture of ‘Last Supper’ in glazed tiles are also found in the Christ Church! :D

It signifies the emergence of Malay Sultanate of Melaka, it marks the beginning and ending of each war, it was one of the main factors attracted foreign colonization, and it was the place where Melaka began. Through hundreds of years of fading memories, the history remaining a fact, while Melaka River was changing its role from a busy major port along the spice-route to tourism spot which tells the story. I was flippin' thru my yearbooks during yesterday evening. (coz i got nothing to do at home)
whitley is quite a small sch compound. but homely :)good memories. bad memories. how time flies.I looked so spastic in all my school class or band photos. ahahafunniest part which my friends always say :" why u always so coincidence sitting either right or left hand beside the teacher !" hahaha~ I have no idea seriously .. It was just so coincidence when the photographer asked everyone to queue up from short to tall... den walk into position .. I'll always end up sitting there while everyone else always got new sitting arrangement. LOL! moreover I was the only prefect in my class ... so it looked kinda like some teacher's assistant or bodyguard sitting beside him *peng*I kinda missed whitley.Everyone. The Band- Mr Tay, Mr zulkiflee, ms juliana. etc.. and all my teachers ... and canteen! hahaa! :)the regular toastbread & choco tarts with my cliques everyafter sch.our regular noodle stall. chunking beansprout .. we end up having our bowl of noodle becoming like a mountain of beansprouts instead. LMAO!the rushing of our fav' basketball session during PE and sometimes even on saturday CCA lunch hours, playin' dem with some of our NCC friends.
of coz the silly wacky 1e2,2e2,3e5,4e5(okay.. some teacher's and friends name I kinda forgot le.. opps ..must see yrbook den rmbr. lol)let's see my 4 yrs of form teachers:1- mdm sia2- mr howard tan3- mr kor (my fav! haha)4- 杨老师! so I'm back from Malacca!
The 2 day 1 night Free&Easy Malacca tour was alrite though we (me, myself & my parents) did alot of walking.
Tired out legs but ain't my brain cells.Simply Not sleepy at all alrdy ... coz I've slept ENOUGH during the bus trip. huahuahua~
taking bus from sg to Malacca was more than 4 hrs...
juznw coming back from Malacca to sg..
aboard bus at 2pm.. reach SG (lavender bus terminal) ard 7+pm sia! zzz...
sit in bus till ass pain. knees numb.
slept through whole journey.. so tatz why I've not even teeny weeny bit of tiredness (-_-)
oh yea~ ate so much for that 2 days till feel like puking .. haha but good thing was I gain 2kgs~ YAY! :D

My grade8 Piano Examination Date was what I predicted. 21st of December (Friday)worse of all... I am the 1st student of that day!! 9.40am report!! :((I hope i can make it ! :/today for the 1st time of the 1 whole year, I actually skipped lecture! hahausually i was those who always attended All the lectures, once in awhile skipping only bcoz alot of my classmates or friends aren't going.but this time round.. for the 1st time .. i decided to skip this ICT lecture (all of my willingness). ...due to : presenting ICT in front of whole lecture. ha~present in front of my own class can la.. whole lecture no thanx man :(
i hope this'll be the 1st & last time im doing this. lol~so met up erna for lunch @ north ard 11am.den went library to watch VCD.wee~ we watched an old 2001 movie- A Steven Spielberg Film: Artificial Intelligence [A.I] this was my Second time watching it... (1st time watching was in genting. was watching it all alone during late midnite while my pop and mom were asleep)and I'm still LOVIN' IT all the same! haha <3well all Steven Spielberg's Films Rock big time! & That's how DreamWorks! :)this film's Scientific-Fiction.. maybe some of you may find it chim or boring or watever.But to me, I thought it was damn meaningful. Beneath this Scientific story tells us about Love & mankind.I dropped tears as I was watching it in my hotel room at genting.Serious.
