back with the final updates for the V.B.C Trip PART 4.
sorry for the late updates. haha, uploading is such a pain :/
anyway,

PART 4
-VICTORIA ISLAND -
woke up like early 6am.pop drove us to ferry terminal to catch the BC ferry at 8am to head over to Victoria Island.
the Huge BC Ferry.
those with cars like us, drove their cars in together and we all parked our cars in the ferries' basement carpark! cool ~ :DDD

you know last time during chinese composition, we always come across phrases like : ''一望无际的天空" / "一望无际的大海 " ?

Location:
Situated in Brentwood Bay on Vancouver/ Victoria Island in British Columbia. Butchart gardens are located in a small village Brentwood Bay on the Saanich Peninsula, Greater Victoria. The gardens have been named after its creator Jennie Butchart
They have different themes in different parts of the garden. As Canada has four season, themes are changed every season as well as bringing in different floral which adapt to the different weather climax. Just abit like our Chinese Garden or Botanic Garden I suppose? haha
It's definitely a life time experience to walk in the blooming of gardens

Overview:
not too heavy or light. the portion is just right compared to pop's. haha!
I love the chucky tomato puree topped on the lightly crisped potato wedges and the fluffy English Muffins topped with grilled honey ham, poached eggs with melted cheese and basil.
oh by the way, I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade to go along with my dish.
(apologies, no photo of it, in case you wanna visualise it, it actually just looked like the alcohoic drink "Bloody Mary" lah. haha!)
OH MAN ! the drink is really FABULOUS.
